Below is a list of all ports that need unrestricted access for outbound requests to our lesson server.
Ideally, open the ports for all outbound traffic to allow for future expansion without changes.
If you want to set your outbound rules specifically to our 2 privately owned IP ranges then they are detailed below.
- Range: 16384 - 32767
Our 2 IP ranges (either open the above ports to all outbound requests or set the rule specifically to all 3 of the following ranges)
- 18.104.22.168 / 24 (22.214.171.124 – 126.96.36.199)
- 188.8.131.52 / 26 (184.108.40.206 - 220.127.116.11)
All testing must be done using a student network profile, rather than staff or admin.

If the UDP range discussed earlier is restricted, the classroom will take a moment attempting to connect you to the audio:
After a few moments, you will see the following error appear in the top right corner of the screen. If you see the following error, the UDP range is restricted and students will not be able to join the lesson audio:
